It's a 4 bedroom house, in a nice area and not far from the city. I am currently here with another student and looking for a housemate, with the fourth bedroom to remain free (will be shared for storage, etc.). 50 metres from bus stop, bus takes you straight to the city (about 20 mins.). 5 mins bus ride to Uni of SA Magill Campus. 5 mins walk to shops. National Park and Fourth Creek Trail only short walk away. House is fully furnished with nice furniture and is quite spacious. It has hardwood floors and ducted air-con. There is a study with two pc's and broadband internet.
I am looking for a chilled out and fun housemate who is prepared to contribute to house hold chores. I'm looking for someone easy going but also financially stable.
International students and workers certainly welcome.
