Easy going, freindly person to share a nice house with large yard. Only 10 mins to the city, beach and Flinders Uni. Perfect house to relax and enjoy a social drink or two. I'm looking for someone who is freindly and doesn't mind the odd gathering or barbeque. The house has lots of enteraining areas and is very comfortable. There's lots of garden with fruit trees and a veggie patch aswell. It is close to all facilities needed and the bus is only 100m away if required.
