The house is in a good location, very close to a nice beach (shops and the seacliff pub), Train and bus stations are close. It is fully furnished, clean, tidy bright and sunny. Has a comfortable lounge and a study room is available. Its about 11km to Flinders University, and approximately 25 minutes by train to the city centre. At the moment Jasmine has taken one of the bedrooms, and the other room is now available.
