Hi we are a couple that are looking to rent out 2 rooms.
We are looking for mature minded professionals or couple who DO NOT SMOKE
The house is a large 5 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and a seperate room from the house too. It has plenty of room and has a fantastic outside entertaining area and a great balcony and lovely kitchen. There is plenty of off street parking. It\'s set in beautiful belair, 10-15 mins from the city and 10 mins from Flinders medical centre.
A bit about ourselves. I am a Sales Consultant and my partner is a Sales Engineer, we also have our own business. We are very busy, sports minded people. We go to melbourne for business on a regular basis and we will not be home for most hours of the day, however when were are home it would be nice to socialise, chill out and have a couple of wines on the balcony and maybe watch a dvd.
The house is furnished with unfurnished bedrooms (we will consider furnishing the bedrooms for the right person).
We have no pets! The pictures are from the old owners and they had pets. The furniture pictures will also be different.
Rent is $150 + bond + bills (more for couples as we would not want to rent out any more rooms.)
There will be no more than 4 people living in the house. My partner and I have one room and then we will rent out 2 of the other 4 rooms.
