Hi, Im looking for somebody who is relaxed, lives healthy and is clean. I work shift work for an airline so I am interstate sometimes and work early or late during the day. I am often away from home for longer than 3 days. Its not a huge house but I am easy going and used to living with other people. The rent includes water and foxtel. The room is carpeted with a bed, bedside table and wardrobe however these can be taken out if not required. I also have a desk and chair if needed. The train is approx 5 mins walk away and there are plenty of parks and shops close by. The city is 20mins away as is Flinders Uni/Hospital. There is a combustion heater and large landscaped yard. I have a couple of chooks and ducks so theres always fresh eggs and we often have koalas in the front tree. There is a wood oven for pizzas and large outdoor entertaining area. My current housemate is moving out soon due to work commitments so I am after someone who is clean, tidy and mature. Any age or sex housemate is welcome provided you have these same qualities.
