High set 2 story brick house close to all amenities; transport (buses and trains), Shopping Centre, St Lucia Campus Uni (which has a huge rec centre including gym with yoga and pilates classes, squash courts, swimming pool etc), New tennis centre. Plenty of parking space. We also have sports fields across the road and the river is only 3 min walk with St Lucia being a 15 min walk across the friendship bridge. Shops are 5 min walk and it is 20 min on the bus to the city and only 10 min to the vibrant South Bank Parklands too.
Our lovely house also has aircon, a small gym set up, home cinema and BBQ area down stairs. There are 2 bathrooms and toilets. With plenty of room to spread out. The room is upstairs at the rear of the house and is nice and quiet.
Flatmates are easy going professionals, who enjoy the finer things in life :) We like weekend BBQ's under our nice pergola area and movie nights as well as the occasional night out or weekend over at Straddie or on the coast.
We are looking for a clean and tidy flatmate who is reliable with rent. We are respectful of others personal space and privacy and look forward to hearing from you soon.
