Hi, easy-going, clean, tidy, working / prof to share 3 bed house. The house is on a 1/4 acre block with large secluded and well maintained, green and leafy back garden. Parks, shop, bus stop and tennis courts all within an easy walk and a big supermarket nearby. There is plenty of off-street parking and the house is not overlooked being a 10mins easy drive to the city and Northern beaches. All bedrooms have quality tiled flooring (as does the house throughout), built-in wardrobes, A/C, ceiling fan and can be furnished or unfurnished. The rest of the house is full furnished including all white goods, Tv/dvd/broadband internet etc and there is space to provide your own things if that is your preference.
