I am looking for a clean and tidy, independent person to share my 2 bedroom town house. I live a fairly quiet lifestyle, but am into health and fitness, so like to get up early and enjoy preparing healthy food. Someone with similar interests would be ideal.
I have recently renovated and have split system a/c, new lights and timber blinds throughout. There is also new oven & gas stove and a good washer and dryer, and a pool. The townhouse is fairly small, so you would need to be happy sharing a bathroom, kitchen and living space. It would suit someone without a lot of stuff, or that travels for work.
It is likely I will be travelling for work, so need a trustworthy and reliable person.
Rent includes electricity and water and acces to land line, but does not include calls.
