My name is Sam, and I'll be living here with my girlfriend Carlie. We've been together for a couple of years, but as our previous flatmates will attest, we're not a very coupley-couple, so please don't let that put you off. Come meet us and see the house - we're all lovely! I am 27 years old, going on 28 in a few months. I'm in my final year of graduate law, and work part time in non-profit rural health workforce organisation in South Melbourne. I work 9-5 three days per week, and my hours vary on the other days. Carlie is 28 (going on 29) and works full-time in publishing as a project editor out in Port Melbourne, usually working from 9am to 6 or 7pm. We're both interested in the arts - books all over the place - and music too. It's a pretty quiet house in some ways. Try to fit some exercise into the day - running, futsal, gym - but otherwise it's all very friendly and laid back.
We're just moving into this house ourselves, and we're looking for a third person (F, 26+) to complete the home. It'd be nice to find someone who takes a bit of pride in their home, and who will help look after it properly (cleaning etc). Someone responsible (with bills etc) too. You're certainly not expected to share meals, and there's no structure to it, but Carlie and I both cook, and we're happy to share meals with flatmates when they're around. It's not a party house, although we're pleased to finally have a dining table and people are always welcome for dinner etc.
