Only 50m walk to beach and great views!
I am looking for a room mate preferably around 23 years old to join my unit. The unit is 2 bedrooms, both are a good size. The unit is in quite complex with great neighbours. Is on the 2nd floor so you will have awsome views of the beach from both the lounge room and balcony. The house is fully furnished all you need to bring is a bed (your room has a huge built in.) Internet and home phone also avail. Best come look at the unit to appriciate it.
A bit about me... I am a 22 year old female, who studies fulltime and works part time at telstra. I am easy going, generally keep to myself but enjoy a stiff drink every now and then. I am a bit of a clean freak (well a huge clean freak) but am happy to do ALL basic cleaning as long as you are happy to clean up after yourself. Beside that i am a pretty normal 22 year old.
Oh and the ones you want to ask but wont... I am striaght, in a relationship, smoke, do not have any weird habits and am excellent with money management.
