hey
i've decided i might make use of my spare room.
i live in a tidy and very well maintained unit which is less then 5 mins walk to shops, transport and the lake.
everything you need is here. you will only need your bedroom furniture.
as all the exsisting furniture is owned by me its essential i get someone who will respect the property. also im a baker so i work early hours. these are my main concerns and as long as they are respected things should be sweet.
also all bills would be split.
