Hi, I am a mature age student studying at Murdoch Uni. I have a room avail in a 2 bedrm apt. room is unfurnished though comes with a built-in wardrobe with full length mirrors. It's quite a new apt with security, parking, close to Murdoch uni, amenities, main bus route, close to park. I'm easy to live with, social but not party animal, enjoys quiet time at times, neat and tidy. Am looking for a mature age student/professional to share with. should be neat, clean, no party animals, non smoker, respectful of the other person's space and sorry no pets (i love animals but it's not allowed here). hse also has wireless broadband internet connection.
