Brand new fully furnished house, close to clarkson/quinns beach. There are four single bedrooms(135pw ea) and one double with ensuite (220 pw), I am looking for neat, clean, tidy, sociable, honest, responsible persons, who enjoy living without intruding on other's space. Persons who can share, are tolerant, can problem solve reasonably, and will respect other peoples gear. for a single person to take the double room plus ensuite it will be $190 (plus $15 for cleaning of common areas) per week.
On top of the rental there is a surcharge of $15 each ($25 dbl)per week for a cleaner to come in once a week and clean thru the common areas and main bathroom, and do the gardening. If you choose, for an extra $10 per week she will vacuum and dust your bedroom too (optional)($20 for double room + ensuite). there is a two car remote door garage - use for this will be an added $20 per week or $10 for half. all utilities are included in rent. all linen is supplied. Ridgewood is just past Clarkson, very close to Joondalup City & University. Bus easily assessable at end of road will take you to train station (4kl) and then it is only 35 min to Perth City by train. Bond required $500ea. You will always be paying two weeks in advance, (so two weeks plus bond on booking and one week rent on arrival to keep you always two weeks in advance). the only other cost you will be up for is the departure clean of $40 single and $60 for the double room with ensuite.
