hey, if you can get over catching the train to work. save money on parking and petrol...i have the place that all you friends will envy..

Located 100m from the waters edge of the beach with full ocean view.
Beach is amazing for surfing, snorkeling, kayaking, swimming and fishing. the beach is just.... well ... breathtaking.. esp for sunset walks.. there are great opportunities for a glass of wine watching the sunset.
The Villa has own Mooring on Canal- 100m in opposite direction.
Dolphins are seen often just off the beach and in the canal.
very friendly neighborhoods and local store 200m away.
2 min drive to Woolworths and other major shops etc etc, 4 min drive to 'The Cut' golf course..
Beautiful Views within quiet neighborhood.
located 10mins from Mandurah train station. and only 50 mins via train to Perth
seriously once you have experienced living here, you will not want to live in Perth ever again..
so if you able to get over the distance factor... lets me know..
