Hi my name is Libby, my housemate Kelly and I, are looking for a third roommate to join our well established, young, bright and FUNKY pad ! The house has been newly renovated. We are both looking for someone reliable, considerate, easy going, clean and fun loving! The house has many attractive features including Indoor Spa, 2 very nice Bathrooms, , Hi-Speed wireless ADSL, European Kitchen with Dishwasher & Stainless Steel Appliances, and an Outdoor Entertaining Area. Apart from this we both have a great group of friends and enjoy entertaining on weekends, and like our quiet weeknights Ideally we are looking someone of similar nature. Location wise, we are less than 5 mins from Beaufort St Mt Lawley which is a favourite attraction (Queens, Brizzy, Cafes etc) and 15 mins from the City. Public Transport is very easy and fast from our place. The bills for the house are $40.00 per week.
