Hi David here, i live in a 3 bedroom Townhouse which is fully Furnished, at this stage i'm only looking for 1 person, the room already has a Queen Size Bed in it, it's not overly large room but has inbuilt wardrobe in it, you will have a bathroom by yourself, If you have a car, you will have to park out front, but if you don't it's only 5 min walk to the Mayland Train Station, 10 min walk to the GYM on Beaufort Street.
I'm a very easy going person, sometimes not home to later in the night as i'm either at the gym, or away with work
Will share the bills (Water, power and phone)
