We are looking for a flatmate for our 4 bedroom house. The house has big rooms with high ceilings, a great big garden and patio and ample parking. Just off Beaufort Street, just a few minutes walk to shops, pubs and bus stop. Quiet tree lined street on the Mt Lawley/Inglewood border. The room is unfurnished, the rest of the house is fully furnished, but there is still space if you have own stuff for kitchen or lounge. We are a guy and girl (not a couple), both 28, work full time and are looking for someone reasonably tidy and who pays rent on time. We are pretty normal I'd say, enjoying a drink on the weekend, hang out, go to work...the usual stuff. Prefer someone staying long term. Rent includes power, gas, Internet and everything else. No extras to pay for.
