MT LAWLEY guy to share with 2 other 1 student (18) and 1 hospitality manager (41) really close to shops, transpost, cafes, & pubs. Must be working or studying. Rent includes power,gas, wireless net & basics like coffee, washing powder etc. Great house, clean, tidy, well organised not flash but comfortable. We also have a cat Charlie!
