We have a spare bedroom in a 3 bedroom meteres from public transport If you would like to rent it is $135 per week. The price of $135 per week includes the rent of the room for private use. You would be permitted to have a friend stay over. (Male or Female) provided this was no more than 2 days and nights per week. $135 per week also includes the Cost of Water, Electricity, Gas, and Yard costs as well as Telephone (Free STD and Local Calls) You would have to pay for any mobile or International Calls The total cost is therfore $135 per week.The house is on a 1/4 acre of land with kept lawns and garden Trees and Shrubs.
The $135 per week we would want two weeks in advance Payable when you decide to take the room. Or if you get paid weekly one week in advance.
The House is situated just 50 metres from the Route 21 Bus stop along Beaufort St to Perth from Morley Bus Terminal. The bus service is a regular service. It is also just 10minutes walk to the circle rout bus on Coode St The circle route bus 98 & 99 takes you to all of the Universities and runs every 15 minutes.
There is parking available should you have a vehicle but no Garage. As the garage is being used for storage.
Your room would be your private space and your privacey is guaranteed. Thelmajoy and I have our separate rooms and abide by the rule that who goes into our room is the decision of the person whose room it is. I don't go into Thelmajoy's room unless she invites me in and she does not go into mine unless I invite her in. The same arrangement would apply to your room. You would decide if and when either of us would enter your room. Special arrangements would need to entered into for Rent Inspections. Your room the third bedroom is lockable from the inside and outside and you would have a key. You would also have a key to the front doors security door and standard front door. The rest of the house would be shared equally between the three of us. Collective space as the yard and Garage is.
Food arrangements would be that you would purchase, prepare, cook and clean up for your own meals. You would be permitted to use the Fridge, stove, sink etc for this purpose. This includes pots and pans, plates knives and forks and cooking utensils. Unless you prefer to use your own in which case we would make arrangements for this. We do not have a washing machine and we wash our clothes by hand. There is a laundromat down the road about 20 miutes walk away which you could use. Or you could do your washing by hand as we do. There is a clothes line (Hills Hoist) and the back yard is grassed to keep the dust down.
I am sure that you would find us very amenable to live with and you would be helping us with the cost of the rent. We do not have many visitors, don't drink and live in peace and harmony together. You would be permitted to have visitors and there is plenty of space. The lounge room has seating for 7 and you would be welcome to use this as well. That would be part of the collective space of the house which we three would use equally. The back Verandah as well which is fully enclosed and lockable has a three piece 4 seater lounge should you wish to get away from us to talk to any guests you may wish to entertain. Your voices on the back verandah would not be overheard by us in the lounge.
There is a good Bathroom with shower and bath next to your room. Your room deserves inspection as it is a quality room large ( 3ms x 4.5 ms) with well painted walls (white) a double bed with blankets, a chest of drawers and a study desk. There is a computer in your room but there is need of an Internet connection. You would have to pay to have the Internet connected and the costs of Internet services. if you required an Internet Computer Connection. THe cost of Internet Connection is $210.
You would not be required to do any housework except your own room and cleaning up after yourself in the kitchen.
