There are two rooms for rent one at the front and one at the rear of the house, both rooms have ample room for a double bed and furniture. The house is situated 5 mins walk from Subi and 10 mins from the CBD, there is a garden to the front and a large garden and pool to the rear. The house is fully furnished and has Foxtel in the front room and is clean and tidy. This is a friendly house quite during the week busy at the weekend, so if you like the sound of this please give me a call,
