Hi,
I am an easy-going kiwi male, of a friendly nature, and good sense of humour, who works full-time, and is looking to share an apartment with a male or female aged preferably from 23-40 that is working and has tidy habits. Rent is $170 a week + expenses, which are minimal (phone, electricity). I am a non-smoker.
The Apartment is located very near to public transport, shopping mall, supermarkets and the Bay Run in Drummoyne. It is located in a quiet street, and has a quiet neighbourhood.
The room is available with a double bed if needed. TV is also included in the room. The flat itself is furnished, and the apartment get’s lots of natural light. Please bear in mind that the photo's that are attached were taken at dusk so don't fully convey the natural light that the apartment gets. Also, the bedroom is bigger than it appears in the photo. There is also storage space in the garage if needed.
Pets unfortunately are not allowed.
