Hi there :)
We are a 25 and 27 year old female couple. We are easygoing professionals who keeps our house a home. We are usually pretty chilled out, come home and watch a little tv whilst maybe having a drink after work and we occasionally go out with friends and have a good night.
We are not into the gay scene really and prefer to see films, live music, dinners with friends, go to Maroubra beach, jamming ( Carla plays guitar, sings and piano!...we like people who are cool regardless of your gender or sexuality. We are both internationals! I am Colombian and spanish speaking and Carla is Scottish so worldly people welcome!
Anyway, the house is all set up. The room for rent is furnished with a queen futon bed, wardrobe, bedside table, tv, dvd and access to wireless internet. The house is cosy with country style kitchen, dining room, 2 loungerooms (x1 tv room and the other books/music room), bathroom with bath, large grassy yard, garage, laundry, off street parking.
The house is 1 minute/10 walk to Maroubra beach (best beach in Sydney!). We are close to Maroubra Junction shopping centre and bus stops to city, Eastgardens and other Eastern beach suburbs (Coogee, Bondi etc etc).
The pad is for rent including bills at $220 (gas, water, electricity phone line and internet)
