Hi I'm Jeremy. I've been living in his apt for 2 yrs and love how close it is to everything in Manly and its open yet private feel. I am not home too often as I work long hours for an investment bank in the city. I'm normally out the door before 7am and home between 8-10. When I'm home I just tend to relax, watch some TV, talk to my flatmate etc. I'm pretty easy going in that way. I like a flatmate who doesn't stress about the little things but is considerate and respectful and likes to do their fair share of the housework without needing to keep 'score'. Personality wise I'm outgoing, energetic, adventurous and sporty. You'll often find me on the beach volleyball courts, going for a paddle on my ski, out with friends, keeping fit, at church and whatever else life brings. I like someone who is easy to live with, fun, positive and just good to have around.
