I'm an easy going, friendly, quiet, responsible, clean 27 year old American male looking for a place beginning sometime in mid-June but anytime in June would work. I'm looking for a place between 85-200/week and ideally it would be relatively close to Concord/Strathfield as that is where my girlfriend lives.
