Hey, I have a place that is ideal for someone looking for short term accom (3-4 months or a bit more)for someone arriving in Melb and wanting to look around before setting up something permanently. Also great for backpackers wanting to escape the hostel and have their own room and shower. I have a room available with a double bed and built in cupboard. The house is modern fully furnished. Downstairs is the kitchen, two living rooms & a small courtyard. I tend to travel alot or work late and then go out for dinner (so you\'d have the house to yourself a far bit)but when home I\'m happy to share a drink and meal or go for something to eat at one of the local pubs. Looking for someone that respects others space (especially on weeknights) and will keep the house clean and treat the place as their own when I am away travelling. The house is 3 mins away from the station and 10mins into the city. There is plenty of street parking. I am fairly easy going and like to just go with what is happening, my previous flatmates and I regularly catch up. Two backpackers have just headed back to Germany after 3 months here.
