if you looking for a home which is clean and tidy with fresh new furnishings, secluded garden with places to spend quiet time on your own I think you should take a closer look at the photos I attach.
The3rd BR is a large room, I can supply near new kingsize single bed or come with your own bed; the room is big enough to take a double bed comfortably with space to move around. Built ins with mirrors. Can make the room your own with some of your personal touch... .
For utilities - some can be all inclusive in board like local phone calls, interstate calls to capital cities, internet, but electricity gas and water usage will be shared cost between members of household. You will be sharing main bathroom with another female in her 40s
Other features: there is a home alarm system, parking at the front of the townhouse.
About me:
I am an ordinary sort of person, whose children now have left home...I like varying music and do like it loud-ish if no trouble to others (classical, tripop, mod jazz, rock, chill-out, love my sci fi and period movies. I am not really a drinker and have the odd glass of wine or cocktail if someone makes it for me. I do not object to someone having a drink but not excessive or wild parties but of course it would be your home to invite guests .
btw: I want to stress that I am a pescatarian > and a rule is no meat/raw chicken in kitchen, only on BBQ (if you want bbq and don't have one, I will get one as I tossed the old BBQ away).
I am looking for someone who will fit in - a communicator who shares same values - is positive, supportive of others in the household if there is something happening in their life, courtesy and clean habits.
We all have varying standards of maintaining a home.. If you like a fresh, modern decor with minimalist/sense of order which is clean, then that is a good start....I am looking for someone who likes to maintain their home that way. I expect the person to clean their own room and bathroom regularly (nice and shiny and mould-free on rotation with Brenda), clean after yourself in kitchen, as-you- find-it you-leave-it is the arrangement. Some cleaning of common areas as agreed if you use common areas. Any extra help would be nice but not expected as I own the property.
