Hi, I'm Gladys. I live with my sister and we have a fully furnished room available for rent. The room has a bed with mattress, study table, study lamp, cupboard and drawers. Also, you'll have your own bathroom and toilet, which is right next to the room. Nearby, there's the City South tram stop, IGA supermarket, Gilbert Street hotel and a Chinese Restaurant, Citi Zen. Also, the Central Market/Chinatown is 5 mins away.
My sister and I are very friendly and nice people. We're neat and tidy, so the place is kept clean. Also, you don't have to worry about noise 'cause we can be really quiet if we have to. We're looking for someone who's clean, neat and friendly enough to join us for a good time.
Rent is $ 195/week, inclusive of electricity, water and internet. There's a garage available for use as well. Sorry, no smoking and pets allowed.
