Hey there, Names Ash, 25 and work in hospitality. Very friendly person like a good chat and get along with pretty much everyone. I like getting out and socializing, i am a very outdoorsy. Very clean and tidy and a pretty damn cool housemate to have :)
ABOUT THE HOUSE
This is an old house (about 60 years) but has a very homely and comfortable feel to it. It’s quite a large house with 4 Rooms (3 of which are Bedrooms and one storage room) , Decent size kitchen and large Lounge Room. Bathroom and Toilet are separate (which is always a good thing!!) A Laundry, Large Backyard and plenty of on and off street parking.
Ideally located in Airport West, with a number of useful location close by. Such as – 2 to 5 minute walk to Tram Stop (59 Tram - Airport West to Elizabeth St) A number of Bus Stops, Westfield Shopping Centre and Local Milk Bar. 2 – 5 Minute Drive to Melbourne Airport, Tulla Marine Freeway, Western Ring Road, Calder Freeway, Keilor Rd Shopping Strip and a number of Gyms and Fitness Centres and 10 - 15 Minutes to the City and Highpoint Shopping Centre.
WHO IM LOOKING FOR
Am looking for a fun, friendly, easy going and CLEAN housemate, but not only a housemate, someone I can also get along well with, socialize and be comfortable around in the house. Someone who is going to help with duties and who will to bring a POSITIVE attitude and help contribute to makings this a happy home.
