we have a furnished room for rent in a furnished house. we have a pool and a really nice undercover entertaining area outside. it's fine for you to have BBQ's or just friends around to make use of them! the house has a bathroom upstairs and one downstairs and the laundry in the garage.
i'm jess (25), my brother, brady (22) works shifts. we have a little dog who enjoys a good cuddle and she LOVES everyone.
the house is pretty much full, but if you have furniture you would like to bring, we would try to re-organise.
we have internet, austar, and a home phone line. a share of these bills (as well as electricity!) is included in the rent, however excess data blocks, and call costs are not. we split the monthly bill for the pool (often around $10 per person) and we also split the carpet cleaning bill once every 3 months.
we are looking for a responsible person who can respect our home and pay rent on time.
