Also includes Wireless Internet, Electric and Water. Nothing extra to pay other than your food.
Who we are looking for:
1. None Smokers.
2. No Pets (yeah I am so sorry to add this, as I have a pet myself, just that we have to think of the other room mates)
3. Happy out going people who are happy to share and live with other like minded people.
4. People that use internet banking to pay the rent each week via direct debit transfer, and can pay the rent on time.
5. A minimum of 6 months stay, not someone looking for short term sorry.
6. Required on day of moving in 4 weeks rent. Rent to be paid fortnightly after two weeks of moving in

Has 2 large living areas, a HUGE kitchen that connects to a large underroof outdoor living area with lovely water feature to relax by. Small easy to maintain yard.
42 in plasma TV wall mounted in Main Family room.
Has a bus service to city only 300 meters walk away, but I am told the service is not that good on Saturday and Sunday for early starts, might be best to check that out yourself if you need the bus. The main Woolworths shopping centre is 1.2 klm away.
This area is very quite, no traffic noise, in a very pleasant safe suburb.
