We want bright, goal focused 20-35yr olds who want an easy going flexible share house experience without the hassle of rigid lease agreements and battles of bill sharing. They want to settle into their Brisbane work and/or study life during the week and enjoy a social life style on the weekend. They also do not want to be bothered with a weekly cleaning roster. They can appreciate the benefits in living in a dynamic 4 bedroom share house. Balance of personal space with freedom to interact with like minded house mates.
Fully airconditioned four bedroom house at Alderley, 5km from Brisbane CBD. 5 minutes walk to bus or train. Close to shops, pub and cafe precinct. Furnished room with own bar fridge and TV. Fully equipped kitchen (incl d/washer) and laundry. Linen supplied. Flat rate includes utilities and weekly cleaning. No bond required. This accommodation is ideal for expats or Aussies on a working holiday and has many benefits compared to staying at a backpackers.
The costs: Bond is not required: Rent includes all utilities – elec, gas, and weekly clean and restock of common use items. One off $ 50 room set up fee then rent paid Wednesday fortnightly as follows:
$180 per week single
$125 per week per person double/twin share
2 weeks notice required to vacate room
