We are a couple + 1 single and are looking for a 4th housemate to share our house in Algester, are all f/t employed mon-fri workers, like to keep a clean and reasonably quiet house.
House is a spacious 4 br, foxtel, w/less net, a/c in lounge, washer, dishwasher,off street parking. The house has everything already so all you need is your bedroom goods. We can supply a double bed if really needed.
We are looking for female preferred but not essential, employed, clean/tidy, relaxed and easy going person to fit in with the other housemates.
The room is a double room with ceiling fan, built in w/r, digital tv point. Bathroom share with 1 other person. Rent it $100 per week plus house bills split 4 ways elec, net and foxtel if using. Room is available now.
