Clean & spacious house, large yard and an easygoing atmosphere.
Each room has a large double built-in wardrobe, double bed, TV/DVD, desk and can also be locked for privacy. The kitchen is completely equipped with all the essential appliances that are there for you to use including the cappuccino machine. The living area is open & spacious where you can relax and enjoy a movie or play a game on the X Box. You will also share the bathroom along with one other housemate, which has an abundance of individual storage space for your toiletries.
The bus and train station (Aircraft Station) is a very short walk and so too is the supermarket, chemist, post office and more. A bicycle is available for those who wish to explore the neighbourhood on its bike & recreation tracks that will lead you to the beach while avoiding roads and traffic.
Wireless broadband internet and utility bills are all included for $150 per week.
Ideally, I am looking for overseas students that are here for work experience or studies. Previous housemates completed their internship at the Victoria University, Werribee Campus, which is only a train station away.
