The green and brown room is available now for $120 pw. It is a single size room and is furnished with a single bed, desk and bedside table. It has a built in wardrobe.
The white room which is large enough for a couple is $180pw and is also available now. It is furnished with 2 wardrobes, a desk and a bedside table. It will easily fit a queen size bed, or a single bed can be provided.
The purple room is available from 29th May and is $140pw. It will easily fit a double bed, or a single can be provided.
There is a $10 utility fee per week which covers phone, electricty and wireless internet.
Upstairs is occupied by mother and 4 daughters (ages 16, 20, 20, 21). We have 2 small dogs (who aren't allowed downstairs but are in the yard and deck which are shared). Deck has a pool/table tennis table and barbecue. We are all easy to get along with and enjoy a drink and a laugh over a (poorly played) game of pool.
There is a bus stop 3 minutes walk from the house and the train station is a 15 minute walk. Parking is available on the street outside the house.
