There is a full furnished room available now. It is a single room with a Queen bed. It also has a ceiling fan, a bookshelf, a lamp & built in wardrobe, a desk if u ask. Daily needs provided, such as meals, wash power & toilet paper. The rent also include a huge 500gb of wireless ADSL2+, all bills (electric, water), austar available at your discretion & even veggie, fruit & eggs free, no minimum time. What I ask is paying rent on time, & 2 weeks in advance tell me when you leave.
It is a big open channel house on a beautiful community in Arundel, which have 4 bedrooms, a living room, a bar, a kitchen a laundry & 2 baths. Recently, it has been reprinted. I am apologized a little mess in the pic.s. There are 2 paid TV in the living room and the bar. Also there is a backyard that we sometime BBQ, & a free parking for the next house mate.
The house is located on a quiet street, & a shopping centre neighbour (5 mins walk). The no.15 (to Australia Fair) & no. 3 (Griffith uni & Austrlia Fair) bus is across the street. If you r uni student, the house owner can pick you up in the morning & at night.
