Moving out on the 20th of June. looking for someone to help pay the rent till then. I've reduced the price to 160, that's bills included so you're getting a bargain. It's just myself and a very nice kiwi couple living here. It's a beautiful big open plan house and everything you need is at your fingertips. Pretty chilled out through the week, but come the weekend we love a good BBQ, or a quiet ale or two. There is no bond, you just need to be reasonably clean.
