Furnished room for let for 3 months from 23rd November while I'm overseas. It's a good sized room (double bed, built in wardrobe, bookshelf & armchair) in a big old federation house and you'd be living with my friends Steph and Clinton. There is a gorgeous big garden with fruit trees as well as a sunroom with a bay window at the back of the house. It's 15mins walk to the station, or 3mins to the bus stop (413 bus route takes 30 mins to city). The rent on the room is $185 per week plus $10 per week to cover bills (water and electricity, internet). See pictures attached and drop me a line if you have any questions.
