I am currently looking for a house mate, since building and moving into my house two years ago. I currently share my home with Lucy, a small two year old friendly puppy (who doesn't drop hair!) and Rozi, a very shy cat who is barely ever home!
I take a lot of pride in my home and love to decorate.. I do like things to be clean and tidy, however understand mess is part of living. I also love to cook.. and have a sizable kitchen available. I run a small time cupcake business on the side of full time work, so at times the fridge is full! But I have purchased a second fridge, which sits in the garage (which is attached to the house and fully enclosed), which would be available for all your food, so plenty of room and no hassle in working out who’s is who’s food. There is an ensuite and also large bathroom, with separate bath and shower. This bathroom is right next to your bedroom, so easy to access, but is the main bathroom, so is for guests also. There is a built in robe in the room, and also a single bed and desk, however if you have your own furniture you'd prefer to move in, that is fine also.
I work full time, 9 to 5 hours, but am often out a lot, at gym or with friends, but also entertain at home from time to time.
The house is in the western suburbs and only 15 min to the beach and to the city. There are large shopping centers very near by. The house is also in a small crescent, so doesn’t get too much traffic. The area is brand new and part of the west wood development.
I have enjoyed living on my own, since moving into my house, however would love some company and someone one to fill one of the spare rooms!
