I am a 29 yo female, looking for a 3rd housemate. My other housemate is a 29yo male who works full time in construction. I work random hours and days as I am a promotional model. The house is very quiet and clean. It is about 3 years old, very large and modern, in a nice, new area in Aubin Grove (off Gibbs or Rowley Rd exits), it's very close to the freeway, 5 mins from Cockburn Gateways shopping centre and Cockburn train station (Mandurah line). I have a pet cat, she's adorable and not much trouble at all. No other pets are allowed. We're fairly quiet but very friendly and social. We are looking for someone who is clean and respectful who picks up after themself and will help out with household chores. We are both the kind of people where if something needs to be done around the house, we'll just do it. Hoping for someone similar. We're both single. It's not a party house what so ever, but we do like to go out most weekends. Rent is $340 a fortnight and bond is $680. There is parking on the driveway. There is also a bus that stops right outside our house. Pref non smoker!! Prefer another female, but FIFO workers welcome!! :)
