1 modern apartment unit has 3 large bedrooms, all are fully furnished with built in wardrobe, beds, mattresses and desks. Large shared balcony outlook the western suburb, great view. Master room comes with ensuite, have your own private bathroom.
Close to Auburn largest shopping centre with Coles, Woolworths, BigW etc...
Walking distance to Auburn train station around 5 minutes. Many trains go to Parramatta and/or city every 15 mintues. Buses are also available.
Looking for clean, frendly and honous person (guy/girl doesn't matter).
Light cooking only.
Non-smoking.
NO pet.
Large shared balcony with great scenic view.
