We are a quiet mother and daughter ( she lives downstairs) with two rather excitable dogs (poodle and shitsu/maltese cross). It is a nice quiet area with no neighbours behind, so a nice rural outlook with cows and horses passing by. The room for rent has a queen bed, dressing table and built in wardrobe, but if you wish to use your own bed etc then you are welcome. The rent includes washing done and meals prepared, but nothing else, utilities (i.e. electricity and water $25 per week) so telephone, cost of food, etc is open for negotiation. I have a pretty good telephone deal, so that will be a small amount for phone and broadband internet connection. I have a lovely pool and a great barbecue. So if you would like to become part of our family, then please get in touch. I can offer car port car accommodation, it is a 12/13 min walk to the train and the bus stops next door, but only goes to Strathpine one way and Toombul the other - so not really wonderful.
