Utility charges are inclusive in the $1000 pm rent and you would have the use of all amenities down stairs kitchen, lounge, bathroom and dining etc. I my self work 60 hours a week Monday to Friday so only home mainly weekends. There is also wireless internet for your use. The room to rent is upstairs with built in wardrobes with full lenght mirrors a working table and a lockable storage area in the room and a large ceiling fan. There is a full bathroom outside the room which only shared with myself although if an issue it can be yours exclusively. Also my friend of 4 years who comes from Peru is renting the room down stairs.
My Townhouse is only 6 years old large and very clean timber floors in lounge and kitchen close to all transport and major shopping centres and and a large cinema complex, there is a car spot for a small car inside, the front door entry is down the driveway well off the street which provides for good security with good neighbours either side.
About me, I am a 53 year old Security officer and work at the South Pacific Head office of BOC Gases at North Ryde as Concierge / Security with a building occupancy of 600 staff and have been for 6 years and have been in Security for 14 years. My 16 year old son usually stays over every second weekend and some week nights. I have a nice big BBQ out in the back yard which I love to cook on with a few cold VB'S good after a 12 hour shift and the weekends and even better in summer time.
There is plenty of entertainment in central Bankstown which is within walking distance to the massive Bankstown Sports Club which has a travel lodge hotel built on top of the club there is also the Bankstown RSL and the Bankstown Hotel with a Kebab shop across the road which is open till about 2am for the after drink munchies. Ha! Ha! These places are all next to Bankstown railway station handy if you want to head for the City after the club. Also the Bankstown District Police Comand is accross the road from the Bankstown RSL so plenty of help from police if ever needed. Bankstown Airport is also approx. 1 kilometre down from my house.
