i have a 4 level house with 4 bedrooms , 2 lounge rooms , 2 bathrooms, veiws over the water from back decks and bedrooms, short walk to forresters beach and shelly beach, close to bay Village and transport 15 mins to gosford, i am easy going and all i ask is that a person be tidy and keep the space clean i have my own business and travel to sydney daily, i am easy going like a drink and am a good cook, i am also doing some renovating atm and adding another bedroom and bathroom to top level
