This is a 3 bedroom house, it's not huge but modern and comfortable in a quiete cul de sac, just up the road from a good sized shopping complex, with a Franklins, Chemist, Pizza Hut, Butcher, Video ezy, Newsagent, Chinese takeaway, Regular takeaway, Bread shop / Bakery, Fruit & Vege shop and Hair dressers. The property has a good sized backyard with an undercover entertainment area. Great for those BBQ's.Golf club and beach are only 10 minutes away. Mingara, Bay Village shopping centre and The Entrance Leagues club are also very handy. One of my boarders recently moved on, the other is moving to his girls place in a week or so. The rooms are singles, but have built ins. I am a music / audio production engineer, who works from home. I tend to be busy all day. I'm quiet and use my headphones at night, as not to disturb anyone. Wireless Internet and Pay TV is available. I'm here for long term, so if you want an easy going, quiet household to relax and enjoy, give me a buzz after midday.
