Preferred room and flatmate description

Female, 30, looking for roommate to share Renovated 1950s 3x1 cottage-esque house with pretty garden. Room fully furnished and bills included in rent price.

A little about me, i work for an oil&gas company and am very easy to live with, this is my first house (that I own) but I have always lived in share houses or with roommates so Im not precious about my space. The house is just as much my roomies home as it is mine etc.

I work full time and have a second job, I love to cook and like the occasional glass of wine, occasionally forget that I have quit smoking and every once and a while can be found hiding outside :( .

The room is a great size, with wooden floorboards, an unusable fireplace and tv antenna and you can decorate the room as you like. The Room is fully furnished with Queen Bed, side tables, large wardrobe and 4 drawer dresser

The house is one street away from the bayswater train station easy to walk, and very close to morley galeria. It takes 10-15 mins tops to get to the city. Theres a huge park, and sports rec centre near by, golf course if you're that way inclined...its a great location.

When I say no bills, I am happy to cover all utilities, there's wireless internet access, I don't have a home phone so you'll just have to cover your own mobile or landline if you want it and food.
