Description

Wanted person either M/F would prefer female to share 3 bedroom house Urgently I have a nice medium size room to let in a 3 bedroom house available now. This is an older style home, open plan kitchen area. The room is not huge but it is furnished with a double bed, and a mini stereo system, a built in robe and heaps of drawer space. The rest of the house is not huge but it is very comfortable, it has an entertainment area out the side. The lounge area has a TV, cable broadband and Hi Fi system. Kitchen has micro, stove and all cooking utensils. The home is in Eagleby, 5 minutes to nearest bus stop and 10 minutes from main rail line to Brisbane and main shopping centre. It also has off street parking. You would be sharing with one other male person who is very clean and tidy, friendly and easy going. I have a fairly active social life with Kung Fu training and ballroom dancing so i am not always around, but i would like the company when i am. So i am looking for someone who wants something for a longer term 6 months if possible, would consider 150 pw for right person. If you need any other information you can contact me on Thank you
