Room available in Bell Post Hill, to share with 32 yo female homeowner, room in 3 bedroom house, share of facilities (bathroom, kitchen, laundry), you will have your own fridge, use of washing machine and kitchen utilities, plenty of storage space, and good sized living areas, room to park a car or short stroll to bus stop to take u into town or the local shopping centre, 5 minutes drive to Nth Geelong Train Station and 200m to Ring Road (get to Melbounre in round 45 minutes). Rent will include utilities $140 per week. I work full time M-F and like my quite time and my own space, but also really enjoy a bit of fun and good times..i like to keep my place tidy and clean, the house is dated but clean and comfortable...Would like someone reliable and trustworthy (i like to travel both on my holidays and for work and would like to know when i go away i will return and my house is not empty!!)...prefer someone working so there is no issues with rent getting paid on time etc and rent will be paid through direct debit if suits you...open to either female or male and age, just needs to be the right person for both of us, would suit a reliable student as well, ...will be available from around the second week in November ...the room is not furnished but i have a few bits and pieces if you needed them..email me with any other questions and we will go from there..thanks
