The house is fully furnished . The avail bedroom will fit Queen size bed and has a large double sized BIR. with drawers and shelf space. Some furniture avail if required. Large kitchen with meals area adjacent. Gas & wood fire heating, Air-Cond to main living area. Large outdoor deck with BBQ.
Off street / On Street parking no worries. Its a quiet & friendly street.
Bus service close by. 2 minutes walk to local shops. Local sports facilites include Fenix and Leisure link Gyms, Pool etc aand re 5-10 min.walk 2 min drive. Major shopping centres 10 min walk or 5 to 10 minutes by car to others & or buses go there as well.
