Master bedroom with ensuite available from March/April 2012 in newly completed two storey townhouse in East Bentleigh. This would be appropriate for a single person, single person with a child, couple or two friends wanting to share a room. The room can be vacant or furnished. There is an arial point in the room (TV not supplied). Electricity and Gas are not included in the price and a share of these bills will be required depending on how many people occupy the room. I have two cats so won't be able to accommodate any other pets. I also have a young daughter so need someone comfortable and sensitive around young children. Preferably with a Working With Children Card or Police Check. I am happy to have another child in the house. There is another room available if required at $180 pw upstairs. In brief, I am a fairly quiet but sociable person looking for someone who will be part of the household. Someone who is reliable and considerate of others looking for a friendly place to stay for awhile. The property has recently been completed and is a beautiful 4 bedroom townhouse with a small backyard and all of the mod cons.
