In yangebup next to bibralake and looking to share with happy natured types of people. The room is furnished but i can store the furniture,if not needed in the back shed.Off street parking, large paved and grassed back yard and the house is fully furnished with all the usual appliances. The rent is $115pw includes electricity. My 20yo daughter lives here as well,but is not here most of the time, and we both work full time.
